My career spans a diverse range of industries and revenue roles, including several direct sales and customer support roles, serving as the lead copywriter for a prominent e-commerce platform, doing high-converting direct response writing for a real estate investment company, and spearheading product-led growth for a fast-growing telecom startup.

I’ve seen a lot of good and bad revenue systems in my time, and the #1 thing that separates them is how well they’re using data to inform their strategies.

Performance Tracking and Reporting: Designing and building data tracking systems, custom dashboards with real-time KPI monitoring, and implementing advanced analytics tools for segmentation and journey mapping.

Process Optimization: Streamlining processes across sales, marketing, and customer success to eliminate inefficiencies and implementing best practices to standardize workflows.

Customer Segmentation: Analyzing your customer data to identify distinct segments, allowing you to target your efforts more effectively and personalize your outreach.
